For orders below Rs.500/- a flat shipping fee of Rs.50/- will be charged.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    An order placed and confirmed cannot be canceled. The products are not returnable considering the hygiene we need to maintain. In a proven case of damaged or wrong delivery as mentioned below, we can provide appropriate resolution of replacement on a case to case basis at Company’s Sole discretion. You shall mandatory need to share image of the item and its defects through [email protected] for a replacement within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the order. As said Refund is purely at the Sole discretion of the Company
  • How does replacement work in case of damaged products or wrong products being delivered?
    You are entitled to a 100% replacement of order in case you received wrong product than what you ordered or your order reached you in a damaged condition. If your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If the purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules shall apply for a replacement.
  • How long do I have to initiate replacement?
    The replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
  • What is the process of replacement?
    Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, the logistics partner will arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order. Once the Product is received, the inspection team will confirm the replacement in 2 working days. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product with the User. However replacement is subject to availability of Stock.
  • How can I initiate the replacement?

  • PLEASE NOTE
    Refunds will not be made under any circumstances and only replacement in relevant situations as mentioned above will be done. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product. We will initiate your refund in 2 working days after the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund via sms and/or email.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders in excess of Rs.500/-.
For COD orders we charge a flat fee of INR 40 for orders of any value.
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by our quickest delivery partners. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order

Domestic Delivery - 7-14 business days for domestic delivery*

All goods received will need to be signed upon delivery. You will receive an SMS in case you have not opted for DND.
TPC will take no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorized person.
TPC is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day or next business day of delivery.
